The 16-stall lot near Lombard Street was supposed to be a sleek addition for EV drivers. Instead, homeowners say it has become a circus that’s wrecked their quality of life since it opened this year. “When I go to bed at night, it’s pounding,” resident Laurel Calsoni told SFGate. “Four in the morning, it’s pounding, and there’s no one out there. Neighbors say some drivers are using the surrounding streets as their personal bathroom — in full view. “Looking out my kitchen window I have seen people below p***ing on the wall,” Calsoni said.
