Oct. 23, 2025, 9:56 a.m. ET Tesla is recalling over 63,000 Cybertrucks over parking lights that could flash too brightly and block other drivers’ views, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said Thursday. Certain 2024-2026 Cybertruck vehicles operating software prior to 2025.38.3 are included in the recall.
