Read if you haven’t, “Klara and the Sun” by Mr. Ishiguro. I don’t generally recommend titles, but in this upcoming AI Singularity (which it obviously is rapidly becoming), Klara is a rather poignant futurist’s interpretation of what well marketed AIs might become. It is not a short story, but more of a novelette. I ‘did it’ in 3 days of a few hours a day, reading slowly to enjoy the words and imaging. MARKETING, please.
