Well, after a year of hard work, Jaime Munguia finally has something to show for it. The Mexican boxer has fought three times this year and has been busy throughout. Even after securing the win in two of them, his 2024 is remembered for the one loss he faced against Canelo Alvarez on May 4. The Tijuana boxer failed to capture the Unified Super Middleweight title, but it was not a bad outing.

Not only did Munguia prove himself that he could hang with the best, but the payout for the fight was just astonishing. Alvarez himself made more than $30 million and even though Munguia did not make that much, he took home a considerable amount of purse. And even 4 months after the fight, fans are not letting him forget the money he made while losing to Alvarez as the 6’0 feet boxer flexed his new car on social media.
