Tennessee State Building Commissioners unanimously passed a proposal to gift a no-rent lease to Elon Musk’s The Boring Company during a special meeting July 31.
The site, located at 637 Rosa L. Parks Blvd., will kickstart the company’s tunneling plans to build an underground highway for the roughly 10-mile trip from Nashville International Airport to downtown.
