NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Representative Justin Jones said he was kept out of the event announcing the Music City Loop, the private partnership with Elon Musk’s Boring Company, which he said will be built through his district. On Monday afternoon, Gov. Bill Lee and Elon Musk unveiled the Music City Loop project.
