The SpaceX Dragon spacecraft is on its way to Earth with four astronauts after undocking from the International Space Station (ISS) on July 14. The autonomous undocking sequence began at 4:41 pm IST and the spacecraft named Grace's physical separation from the station was confirmed at 4:46 pm while it was above India's eastern coast.

The entire process from undocking to splashdown will be autonomous requiring no action from the astronauts onboard.

Grace is carrying four astronauts of Axiom Space's Ax-4 mission which includes mission commander and former NASA astronaut Peggy Whitson, pilot Shubhanshu Shukla (call-sign Shux) and two mission specialists Tibor Kapu of Hungary and Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski (call-sign Suave) of Poland.
