SpaceX GPS III-7 launch webcast begins
Update 1:20 p.m.: SpaceX's launch webcast is now posted above, right below our countdown clock.
Liftoff is scheduled in 17 minutes from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
SpaceX booster to land on drone ship
Update 1:14 p.m.: This mission marks the Falcon 9 first-stage booster’s fourth flight, SpaceX reported. The booster previously launched CRS-32, NROL-69 and one Starlink mission.
Following stage separation, crews expect the booster to land on the SpaceX drone ship A Shortfall of Gravitas in the Atlantic Ocean 8 minutes, 28 seconds after liftoff.
SpaceX Falcon 9 fueling is now underway
Update 1:06 p.m.: Despite previous rainy conditions across the Cape, Falcon 9 fueling procedures are now underway at Launch Complex 40, SpaceX just announced.
That means the GPS III-7 mission countdown is locked in to lift off at 1:37 p.m. without any delays, or else tonight’s launch must be postponed to a later date.
"Teams are keeping an eye on the weather, which is currently 50% favorable for liftoff," a SpaceX tweet said.
Marine weather warning continues off Cape Canaveral
Update 12:50 p.m.: The National Weather Service special marine warning now extends to 1:15 p.m. for a swath over the Atlantic Ocean to the northeast of Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
Steep waves, pea-sized hail and winds exceeding 34 knots are possible within this marine zone.

SpaceX launch prep underway in Brevard
Update 12:34 p.m.: Brevard County Emergency Management officials have activated the agency's launch operations support team ahead of SpaceX’s upcoming Falcon 9 launch attempt.
SpaceX pushes back target time to 1:37 p.m.
Update 12:25 p.m.: Amid rainy conditions, SpaceX has moved back the launch target time 14 minutes, to 1:37 p.m.
That takes it right to the tail end of today's 15-minute launch window.
Rain, thunderstorms soaking Cape Canaveral
Update 12:20 p.m.: Precipitation ranging from light rain to thunderstorms is soaking Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and surrounding areas, the National Weather Service reports.
SpaceX launch to be 46th of year from Space Coast
Update 12:10 p.m.: Weather permitting, SpaceX's upcoming Falcon 9 launch will clock in as the 46th orbital rocket launch thus far during 2025 from KSC and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.
