The launch window is set to open at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday outside Brownsville. This is all part of SpaceX CEO Elon Musk's plans to put humans on Mars at some point in the future. The two most recent test launches ended with the Starship spacecraft exploding. An investigation into the loss of Starship on its eighth flight test resulted in several hardware changes being made to increase reliability.
